The Heritage Harvest Festival at Monticello, what a blast! Attendees of the workshop were pleasantly surprised by the tastiness of our list of offerings, including Micah LeMon’s sweet and dry vermouths made from Monticello’s herb garden, peschen (peach leaf liqueur), and beet,plum, and carrot wines. Oh my!
