Private Events

Vitae Spirits offers two tasting rooms in which to host your private events:

1) Vitae Spirits Distillery at 715 Henry Ave, and

2) Vitae Spirits Downtown at 101 East Water St.

Both tasting rooms are sleek contemporary spaces that are perfect for rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, corporate events, birthdays, reunions, or any number of other social gatherings.

Some important details:

• Distilleries cannot make food in Virginia, self-catering or caterers are suggested

• By law distilleries can serve a maximum of 2 cocktails per person per day made primarily from their own spirits. If you would like more drinks, beer, or wine a caterer must be engaged or an independent ABC license for the event must be obtained

• No obligation to purchase Vitae Spirits alcohol for your event if you obtain a non-Vitae Spirits ABC license

• Vitae Spirits can provide bar staff if requested

• For sit-down events, patrons (or caterers) will need to supply tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware

We have established collaborations with local caterers to provide our patrons with a wide array of eating and drinking options (See below). Catering is not restricted to these caterers.
