Join us February 7th starting at 5pm for Vitae’s Annual Galentine’s Day Event! If you don’t know what Galentine’s Day is, it’s a day before Valentine’s Day for Ladies to celebrate all the important ladies in their life. For our event we will feature a special cocktail menu, and a pop-up shop featuring some amazing local women-owned businesses. A portion of the proceeds from the day’s event will be given to the Sexual Assault Resource Agency. Bring a few friends and treat yourself to a craft cocktail and shop from one of the awesome pop- up shops!

IRON – Paffles and Coffee – Local Gourmet sandwiches cased in a flakey, buttery, succulant pastry waffle also known as a ‘Paffle’. Menu :
- King Crab and avocado salad with pink grapefruit, Creme fraiche and tarragon
- Dark chocolate Beef Bourguignon with celery root mash (available in vegan-gluten free sub porcini mushrooms)
- White chocolate and pink champagne cheesecake topped with raspberry coulis and whipped cream

Hedge Fine Blooms – Charlottesville’s premiere custom florist, the team at Hedge Fine Blooms combines floral artistry with unique designs to offer a boutique experience inspired by European flower markets.
The Bluebird Barn – The Bluebird Barn is a special place at Oliver Creek Farm where people can connect with nature and each other. We love to create, craft and make new friends. We make the most of what grows here on the farm, creating wreaths, and nature crafts. We use the herbs and plants which grow native on the farm and the food we grow in our garden.
