A pumpkin spiced latte with a twist

1.5 oz Barreled Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz TJ’s Pumpkin Spice syrup*
1.5 oz Half-n-half
2 dashes Tiki bitters

Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
1 lb Pumpkin Puree – 4 cups
2 cups Turbinado sugar
1 vanilla bean
2 sticks cinnamon
5-10 cloves
½ whole grated nutmeg
2 cups Apple Cider
1 tbsp Allspice
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 cup water
Combine all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 20 minutes on low. Take off heat and let cool to room temp. Strain contents through fine mesh strainer and store in Cambro.

- Combine ingredients into shaker with ice
- shake well and strain into rocks glass with large ice cube
- garnish with fresh grated cinnamon
