Distiller’s Reserve Strawberry Eau de Vie

Unaged fruit brandies aim to capture the ephemeral essence of the fruit from which they are distilled. For this reason, the French call them “eau de vie”, or water of (from) life. However, eau de vie are one of the most challenging spirits; such ephemeral aromas are easy to lose or destroy. At Vitae Spirits™ Distillery we started with locally sourced fresh ripe strawberries, fermented them into a strawberry wine, and then slowly distilled them into this amazing spirit.
