Barrel-Aged Rum Recipes

Anne Bonny

Riff on Classic Cocktail by TJ Drake

Difficulty Level: Easy+

This classic cocktail is a perfect way to use our Aged Rum.  A riff on a classic old fashioned in honor of one of the most notorious female pirates, Anne Bonny. She was an Irish pirate operating in the Caribbean, and one of the most famous female pirates of all time. Properly made, this cocktail is strong but not too strong, sweet but not too sweet, and, most importantly, it’s dead-simple and absolutely delicious

We have taken a riff of a riff and made it our own with this cocktail. Our BA Rum finishes very smooth and is a perfect pairing with these tradition ingredients, for a delicious holiday cocktail!
