An alcohol preparation flavored with botanical matter such that the end result is a concentrated mixture of bitter, sour, or bitter sweet flavors . This class will feature a demonstration by Kerrie on how to prep your own from start to finish, and will feature one of her signature cocktails which you will help to make!
