1.5 oz Vitae Spirits Damson Gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz holiday spice simple syrup *
0.5 oz egg white

6 dropsĀ  Embitterment Typhoon Bitters
top with sparkling white grape juice

Garnish with Rosemary sprig

Holiday spice simple syrup
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 tbs Rosemary
1 vanilla bean (split/cut)
10 whole allspice

  1. Add spices to boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes
  2. Add sugar and stir till dissolved
  3. Strain out spices
  4. Store in ball jar in fridge for up to 1 month

___________________

  1. Add ingredients to shaker
  2. Shake until egg white froths
  3. Strain into coupe or martini glass
  4. garnish with smacked sprig of rosemary

This cocktail is designed in a way that will bring a twist to your thoughts on what an old fashioned can be. This new rendition is a perfect way to highlight our favorite holiday gin.

1.5 oz Vitae Spirits Damson Gin
0.5 oz hibiscus simple syrup*
6 dashes Embitterment Orange Bitters

Orange peel

Hibiscus simple syrup
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 tbs dried hibiscus flower

  1. Add dried hibiscus flower to boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes
  2. Add sugar and stir till dissolved
  3. Strain out flower
  4. Store in ball jar in fridge for up to 1 month

___________________

  1. Add orange peel, bitters, and syrup to a glass
  2. muddle orange
  3. Add 1 large ice cube
  4. top with Damson gin
  5. stir and serve

Christmas in Paris

2 oz Vitae Spirits Damson Gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz holiday spice simple syrup *
2 dashes of angostura bitters
top with Lemarca Prosecco

Holiday spice simple syrup
1:1 simple syrup
2 cloves whole
1 allspice berry
cardamom
cinnamon (1 stick or grated)
grated nutmeg

Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water. Once boiling and dissolved, add spices and turn off heat. Allow ingredients to marry for 10 minutes (more if you’d like it stronger). Strain spices from syrup with a sieve and allow to cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
